The T’s & C’s:
Monthly offers: A code will be emailed to the address used to sign up to our newsletter on or around the first working day of the month. This code must then be entered at the checkout and will be applied to the relevant products – this cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer that requires a discount code and cannot be used in retrospect.
All-year round discount: 5% discount year-round - this cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer that requires a discount code and cannot be applied in retrospect. This code will be first emailed in our launch email on 1.2.24 and will appear thereafter on the confirmation/success page after signing up.
Birthday voucher: email info@hy-equestrian.co.uk 7-14 days before your birthday (with proof) to claim a £10 gift voucher. You must be subscribed to our MyHy Loyalty Scheme mailing list and contact us via this email address. There is a minimum spend of £10 when using the voucher. It is at Hy Equestrian’s discretion if we fulfil emails received claiming vouchers after the period stated above (0-7 days before birthday date) and will strictly not issue vouchers after the date of your birthday. Vouchers will be valid for 2 weeks from the date of issue with strictly no extensions. Please allow 3-4 working days to receive your voucher code and take into consideration Bank Holidays and office closures. One voucher per person per year. Please note, vouchers will not be refunded or credited if the item purchased is returned for a refund, only monetary value physcially paid at the time of ordering will be refunded.
Monthly prize draw: All emails subscribed will be entered into a monthly prize draw. The prize will be announced at the start of each month. There will be no alternative prize or cash available and will be subject to availability with regards to size, style and colour. The winner will be contacted via their subscribed email address only and have 7 working days to claim their prize. Please be aware of scam pages – we would never ask you to click links or for bank details.
Competitions: Exclusive competitions will be sent to MyHy Life Scheme participants via the email address given. Winners will also be contacted this way.
You can unsubscribe from our emails at any time but will not be able to benefit from the above.
