You will be contacted by our customer care team prior to your item being embroidered with the final cost. This will need paying in full before any items are sent to be embroidered and are strictly non-refundable/returnable. Please note, not all items are able to be embroidered due to thickness. Allow 14 working days for your item/s to be embroidered and posted to you, we will inform you of any delays. Font size is at the discretion of our machinist as length of text will need to be taken into consideration.
If you do have any individual requirements regarding embroidery or logos, please request this in the notes section and our customer care team will contact you. Please do take into consideration this may result in a delay in your item being embroidered and/or incur additional charges.
Do not purchase your item before speaking to our team – otherwise, this will be sent out automatically to you with no embroidery.
